Granddaughters' Cottage is a perfectly private getaway which stands separate and apart from the main house.  A covered walk joins the two and offers its own outdoor patio.  A large bedroom features a brass bed and a day bed with trundle and beautiful antiques.  The bright and whimsical color scheme of yellows and blues is depicted throughout the cottage on comforters, pillows and the walls of the private bath.
